Chill folks, the glassed in building is only the courthouse and the office of the DA. It's not the prison, itself. While it's true that most prisons in Germany and Austria are far nicer than in the U.S. and England, no prison is THAT nice.

Man Thats bull crap thats why nobody's afraid to go to prison these days cause most prisons now a days have better living commendations than people in big cities thats bull crap if we had harder prisons and harsher punishment we would have alot less criminals FYI in some countries in the middle east they cut off a hand for stealing!

I've been inside this prison and the building looks great. Most prisoners I met were those of 'lesser' crimes.
The building even has appartments which resemble normal homes to aclimitize prisoners back to normal life.

The building also indicates that it is the office for the district and the city...and I'm not sure if it means prison offices or just the normal municipal offices. That could be the case, which would explain the pleasing aesthetics.

Such a shit! .. is incredible .. instead of a Prision it seems a fucking hotel. You can be a criminal and if you are caught by police you will live in this Hotel payed by honest people that must pay insurances, taxes and all things that they need. Such a shit!
