This is Monticello Dam’s, in northern California. This pipe is capable to pass through itself 1370 cubic metre of water a second. 21 meter depth. From top to bottom it has the form of a cone which diameter above makes 21,6 meters, and to a bottom is narrowed up to 8,4 meters.
