Damn, I know these islands, they're in Thailand round the bay of Krabi and Ao Nang.
Beautiful pics, even though they don't really reflect the beautiness of the nature....!
Me wanna go there again!

The one with the wooden walkway looks like a shot from Riven. Awesome. The rest are so simply explainable and not all that impressive other than "how the hell is it still standing??" Just a matter of time before the ocean eats away enough for them to tip over.
Nice shots though.

Great photos. #1 and #4 are my favourites. One that looks like a turtle is also cool.

I believe these islands were the location where scenes from James Bonds "The Golden Gun" were filmed.. Remember the huge unfolding mirror than reflected the sun into the solex? It was located in one of the small yet tall rocks.

@Sascha - I believe that Beach is the one in "The Beach". It's located on Koh Phi Phi.

Yeah pretty sure those are all around Krabi. Also where they filmed "Tommorrow Never Dies" (in the movie it's in China).
We took triacks (that's what they call the 3-person boats) out to the nearer islands. The monkies stole our food.

Re: where is the Island with the boats in the forefront - It's called Maya beach, and it was used (with a little help from CGI extra bits) as the view from the beach in The Beach by Trainspotting's Danny Boyle. It's a short boat ride from Ko Phi Phi in Thailand. Hired a guy to take me & then girlfriend there back in 2001. Very very beautiful place, though it got crowded early.

I'm glad I'm not the only one who was reminded of Riven for that shot of the wooden walkway. Absolutely spectacular photos

Incredible, but you realize there's a larger base for the rock formations below the water. Still amazing though.
